Check back often as the TFT Announcements page is updated often
Finally trying to catch up in the announcements section on all that has been happening here at TFT. We just posted a recording from a training session that we had yesterday where we went over the newly posted TFT Method Trade Plan Guide, located in its own section in the Members area. This "TFT Method Trade Plan Guide" is a trade-able Trade Plan, however, is best used if you take parts from it and create your "own" Trade Plan that you can back test, Trade in SIM and then give real money a shot. This coupled along with the AMA II and the upcoming NEW "Educational Block Pass" sections of the members area, will undoubtedly make Trend Following Trades, LLC. one of the most effective "all around" Trading Service Companies in Existence. In a couple of weeks, we will no longer allow members to get past training videos until they can correctly pass test questions about that video training session, showing complete comprehension and therefore being allowed to move on to the next section. This is by far the one item that we NEVER knew if any of our members were doing and that is COMPREHENDING what we were trying to teach! Whether we are doing a poor job at teaching or just some members aren't getting it, is yet to be determined, but rest assured, our commitment to our mission statement and to our members is second to none. If the problem of comprehension lies in our house, then we'll do what ever we can to fix it here. If it lies with some members, then we'll work with them in whatever way they will allow us, to try and help them to overcome whatever issues are causing them to not comprehend what we are trying to teach! In trying to figure out the best way on how to utilize the Performance Section of the website, besides providing DDWR Sizes on a daily basis to our Members, we are heading down the path of creating a Basic Method based Trade Plan, Showing Various Entries on different charts from different instruments, leaving money management (stops and exits) up to the individual Trader with their OWN Trade Plan to decide. These charts will be for Public viewing, but the DDWR values will NOT as these are proprietary and reserved for TFT members. The Trade Plan isn't finished, but once it is, we'll start posting these charts and letting our membership as well as some Social Media aware of when this starts. We also discussed a bunch of other items that you can listen to in the recording. The session video is posted in the Members Area at the top of the TFT Weekly Sessions Page Click here to view the recording
In today's session we discussed how to find each and every Instruments scheduled Planned Rollover Front Months. With this knowledge, you can then create an NT7 Market Analyzer to monitor daily volume of these months and once these scheduled calendar rollover dates come close, you can see how the volume will slowly start to shift to the next scheduled month as the calendar date approaches. The key is to wait until the actual VOLUME "shifts" to the next scheduled month BEFORE changing to that month. We always recommend trading the month that is trading the most volume AND that isn't always the calendar Front Month! Enjoy this non TFT session as it will educate ALL Traders (unless you already know) the BEST time to move your business to the next month! Client software V33 now released for DDWR, auto chop zone, auto secondary chop zone all from simple input of instrument and primary Wicked Renko time frame. MANY more inputs have been added to the "Strategy Trade Button" that now give you, the Trader FAR more control over signal generation, giving you the ability to develop a more comprehensive Trade Plan, back test it quickly and see how close you are to where you wish to be. Just remember that not EVERY signal can be set correctly via mechanical input, however, if your Trade Plan includes discretion and repetitive understanding of the market, you'll be able to make minor adjustments that a plot of an arrow or diamond could NEVER be as powerful as or as profitable as a simple decision of the experienced mind. FINALLY!!! Having enough information compiled to release DDWR (Daily Dynamic Wicked Renko Bar Sizes), in the next week, we'll be releasing the first version of TFT software that will automatically compensate for changes in main chart settings of input Wicked Renko Bar Sizes (chop zones, secondary time-frames, etc.). We haven't gone through the entire range of large and small ranges, however, we pretty much have the smaller ranges covered. The larger ranges can be tested through back-testing, however, we can't measure the realities of speed, spread and unexpected news reactions. More to come on this highly advanced product shortly..... Having spent YEARS trying to deal with market volatility and range, on a daily basis, has been one of the most frustrating and costly realities of "Day Trading". While not being able to adjust for it in real-time, we have been able to fairly accurately "predict" the next days range and volatility in the markets that we follow through a rather sophisticated mathematical program. With this information we can best "recommend" what Wicked Renko" Bar size should be used for the next days trading, at the end of the prior day. We'll start to post this information in the Performance section at the beginning of August 2016. During this training session we also discussed the impending release of a new version of software and details of some of the relevant enhancements in it. As we continue to work towards our Automation goals, we've so far been able to make all of what we are using available to Discretionary Traders of the AMA II. Moving forward, we are going to have to start to either condense or "blend" multiple functions into one input that we'll call "TFT Intelligent" that will be located in the Strategy Values section of the AMA II set-up Manager. We have to do this because of the sophistication of the many functions that will be created and running in a dynamic fashion. Once we have more information about this Input, we'll inform the group as we always do. How many years have you been trying to succeed at becoming a successful Day Trader? How many accounts have you destroyed? How much money has that cost you? How much money have you spent on useless Day Trading software, that after a short period of time, for whatever reason, doesn't produce profits for YOU? Is that the software's fault OR is it possible that one of the most difficult professions in the WORLD, just might be out of your reach, for now? If you are anything like me, it took me WAY too much money lost, WAY TOO much family LOVE lost and WAY TOO much Time spent on thinking that I could succeed at something, before my time. I eventually succeeded at almost all of my Trading goals, and ambitions, and made sure that Trend Following Trades was able to handle Day Trading and MORE IMPORTANTLY, Swing Trading, a type of Trading where I realized MY first long term success. How does the saying go..never forget HOW you achieve success, just do the best that you can to share it....well that is what I'm trying to do! Trend Following Trades software is as effective with swing trading as it is with Day Trading. Swing Trading MAY be the best option for YOU. Please listen to this session, as it MAy save you what I wasn't able to save, MONEY, TIME and LOST FAMILY TIME! GOD BLESS!! In Today's session, we went over how all Traders of various different levels should use the TFT tools and service, from beginning to end, laid out a way that they can hold themselves accountable for their own Trading, regardless of where they're at in their Trading development. ALL Traders should be able to know the Method well enough to do static back-testing, then sim Trading (both with a written Trade Plan) and after making adjustments and sending snapshots and questions into us for evaluation of Trade Plan following and/or Method understanding (Trade Plan following is WAY more important), we'll make recommendations of changes/adjustments based on what we see. Once all of the 'Kinks are worked out, and you can Trade in Sim for a few weeks (or months) or whatever it takes to maintain consistent profits, then you have to decide whether or not you wish to Trade with real money to test your Real Money "Stress" tolerance (emotional fortitude). If real money doesn't change the way you traded in Sim, well then you are among the few and you are on your way. Almost all others will need additional help to overcome what is completely normal when dealing with real money emotions and how it can completely change the decisions that you make with your trading execution, money management, etc.
If you think that you don't have to do this, then you'll either learn the expensive way (or hard way) OR be one of the RARE few that can adjust to what is a completely abnormal emotional task that is being asked of you to perform over and over, day in and day out. Just give it time and you'll see.
We also discussed a variety of different topics that many members E-mailed in like creating NT7 ATM's, knowing when and when not to use the continuous contract ##-##, Showing the TFT "Order Flow" that we've had since 2014 that can be isolated down to every single bar (if desired), to going over how to use the Strategy Trade Button and how to use it's settings and execution Buttons. We also went over other topics that are addressed in the video. The session video is posted in the Members Area at the top of the TFT Weekly Sessions Page Click here to view the recording
The Strategy Trade Button will be used for the beginning of record keeping of performance metrics for Trend Following Trades in a few different Futures Markets. Look for more detailed announcements about this in the near future.
Just a note, we placed the latest installer Ver 22.214.171.124 (V17) in the Downloads Section of the Members Area. This version and the prior ones contained within, have the following improvements/fixes made to it:
126.96.36.199 Change Notes:
Previous versions, due to math calculations in real time compared to historical or COBC = True, MoMo values would differ by fractions. These fractional differences have now been made to match realtime COBC = false and historical values. This allows mode changes to be detected more accurately between historical and real time. The only difference still existing is that in real time the setupmanager sees the mode change at the start of a new bar where as historically it sees it at the close of a bar.
The new Beta version of the Sideways Detection indicator available to clients, starting with this Version 17, SHOULD be bug free, but still has room for improvement.
188.8.131.52 Change notes
fixed historical chart bug when using the "Angle" setting of the TL Indicator, where SetupManager AMA II was calculating the angle of a line before the line value was set, thus causing the line to always be colored negative regardless of line's actual direction. Should have been working in real time though.
184.108.40.206 Change notes:
Corrected issue where Market analyzer was only displaying pull back setups. Now it also will display type 4 setups.
220.127.116.11 Change notes:
Market button should now work with both left and right click by submitting a limit order 20 ticks into the market (right click places an order in the opposite direction of the market color), which both should almost always guarantee an immediate fill like a market order, however, because it caries with it the numerical calculations to determine margin usage within the transmission, either order will reach the "matching engine" quicker that a "standard" market order, where the Broker must calculate this information before submitting an actual order to insure margin requirements are met.
Setupmanager offset equal to brick size now works historically (should already be working in real time)
Fixed display bug with not being able to hide historical setups on the setup manager when setting to false.
In today's session, John had TFT's first training session since NinjaTrader's May 25th Trade Like a Pro Webinar, where he tried to get acclimated with the new members needs, explain briefly how the TFT Method works through practical explanation and addressed some existing member questions. There will be more of these sessions to come and as long as members attend and participate. They'll be run as frequently as John can run them and he'll do his best to stagger them across time zones and days to try and accommodate as many members as possible. Please remember that as long as you engage John during support hours, he'll get back to you with his best response as soon as he can. Very rarely have members been disappointed with John's support or response to their questions. The video explains the "path" that TFT recommends that Traders take in order to achieve success. Follow it and you may be surprised with the results. Keep John informed along the way with screenshots for evaluation during each phase, so he can help make recommendations and possibly adjustments, if necessary. If he doesn't know what you're trying to do, he can't help! The session video is posted in the Members Area at the top of the TFT Weekly Sessions Page Click here to view the recording
In today's session, John reviewed the new TFT CT II and AMA II Ver 18.104.22.168 (V13) Executable Installer. He reviewed the new upgrade and their enhancements to the TFT Methodology. It is quite a lengthy video but it is worth the content. Currently, this is the only video that explains the latest posted upgrade and the changes made from the last upgrade. We will be posting separate videos explaining the individual changes, once we can figure out why Windows 10 keeps reformatting the digital drive we store them on after rendering and before moving them into the cloud. Please be patient as this has been a very frustrating situation because it has already been done a couple of times in its entirety. Just a note, we placed the latest installer Ver 22.214.171.124 (V13) in the Downloads Section of the Members Area. Previously in Ver 126.96.36.199 (V12), if the instrument input section of the CT II and/or AMA II Workspace Generators was left blank, even if a blank space was left in that section, the indicator would generate a chart and/or work space, depending on if you were using the CT II or AMA II Generator. In this new Ver 188.8.131.52 (V13), we have corrected this so that any blank spaces left are considered ignored and no blank chart or workspace will be generated if the instrument input is cleared out. The default format for the Workspace Generators regarding front months for the Futures market is now ##-##. This is no longer recognized real time and must be changed to the month that you wish to trade. It is left this way by default, so that no matter when this indicator is used the default settings will create a historical chart, without errors, as long as you can get data for the instruments that are listed inside the indicator. After either building charts with the CT II or a grid with the AMA II you can change the ##-## month to an active month in your instrument manager or this can be done before running the Workspace Generator Indicator, the chose is yours.
We have posted the new TFT CT II and AMA II Version 184.108.40.206 (V12) in the Downloading Indicator's section of the Members Area. Please be advised that if you download and install this executable prior to Tuesday, April 12, 2016 training session that there are no posted support videos at this time. They will be posted on Monday evening, prior to Tuesday's training session. Members please refer to the email that was sent you on April 7, 2016, explaining all the details.
In this 2nd Part of the 5 Part Series in Developing a TFT Trading Plan, John continued the series, once again, with a blank price chart, asking Members to identify a "significant horizontal price line" that could be used in identifying the support and resistance price pattern that we will now refer to as TFT SR long term. This line is designed to find a longer term "area" where price has held, rejected, passed through, came back to, and a trade be taken at this "area" in the direction that price initially passed through this "area" in. John then goes on to describe more trending identification of this pattern aligned perfectly with indicators and signals from TFT Method, in a stair step fashion.
Time Charts are also spoken about for those longer term Swing Traders and although they work with existing CT II indicators currently, there will be additional input toggles referencing Time Based intervals in the next update for CT II users. For those only interested in the portion about Time Charts, the discussion specific to them starts at 1:05:15 into the session. Please understand that the material prior to this regarding support and resistance identification and the trading of it is just as relevant, which means that the entire video should be viewed regardless if you are only working with Time Based Charts or not. In today's session, John started Part 1 of a 5 Part Series discussing and exampling writing of a TFT CT II Trade Plan. This should also be the beginning of any trade plan used for the AMA II, starting with a TFT provided outline located in the Members Areas --> Learning Center section of the website under Additional Learning Areas. He also went over blank price charts without indicators to help clients recognize pure price action and areas of support and resistance. The session video is posted in the Members Area at the top of the TFT Weekly Sessions Page Click here to view the recording
In today's session, Part 3 of the 3 Part Series, John reviewed the AMA II, the Strategy Buttons and what improvements we are working on for the future. The session video is posted in the Members Area at the top of the TFT Weekly Sessions Page Click here to view the recording
In today's session, Part 2 of the 3 Part Series, John reviewed how the original AMA was developed and why it was developed along with some of the advantages and disadvantages. The session video is posted in the Members Area at the top of the TFT Weekly Sessions Page Click here to view the recording
Trend Following Trades presented at NinjaTrader's Ecosystem Education Series. Trend Following Trades discussed and showed their NEW Upgraded Chart Trading II (CT II) and TFT's Advanced Market Administrator II (AMA II) Software Package with Automated Trade "Buttons". John reviewed during this webinar how to apply the CT II Tools to Day and Swing Trading, as well as, Options. He also discussed a new "grouping" feature that we have to protect you account from taking too much risk at any point in time when trading using the AMA II.
We are offering a special Lifetime License price on both the TFT AMA II and Chart Trading II Packages. Please email email@example.com if you are interested in this special or call 215-909-9617 or Skype: tftjohn .
In today's session, John reviewed TFT Chart Trading only setups with the criteria that need to be met, looking at it strictly from a Chart Trader's perspective and reviewing some of the "filtering" that needs to be applied when trading this way. We still use much of this when only using charts to trade (as was demonstrated with a couple of INTC options trades with less than stellar execution performance on John's side).
It is important to understand why we are where we are and how we got here, as well as where we are headed. This session shows us how we got here before the invention of the AMA (and it is a patent pending invention), but once you understand all of what is going on with TFT Chart Trading than understanding the AMA and now the AMA II is made so much easier. The session video is posted in the Members Area at the top of the Weekly Training Page Click here to view the recording
John spoke about a 3 part series he is doing for the group. Essentially, starting out explaining where TFT is now and how we got here and everything in between. We know some Members are only concerned with trading related items and how it effects them and their trading, while others want to know how, when, where and why every pixel is plotted on the screen. We understand both points of view and will try and address them both. As most Members would want, the concentration of time will be spent on actual Trading Set-ups, identification of them and their formation, execution and outcome from start to finish (win, lose or draw). The focus of this Training Series is for the Highest Probability Trader, who will only take the "best" Trade Set-ups and wait for them to occur. Identifying when these set-ups are coming and where they are going to execute in ahead of time, is paramount for the best fills, so understanding the "why" of the Trade is as important as any other part of it. Some of the items of the "why" go way back to the beginning of the basics of the Chart Trader.......
The below recording unfortunately doesn't have any video. We recorded the wrong monitor, however, we did manage to isolate the audio so below is just that. This recording is worth listening to without any graphics because it summarizes what the "Series" will be covering and ends with the beginnings of Part 1 discussions. John will review during the next session (Part 1), the important items of this session that were recorded below without visuals. John plans on continuing with Part 1 at our next session on February 19th at 2PM. The session video is posted in the Members Area at the top of the Weekly Training Page Click here to view the recording.
Today, John reviewed an alternate Trade Set Up for those Traders that choose to want to take trades late in the trend. This set up can be used as an add on trade, however, it should only be used during times of strong market direction movement. Also, discussed and demonstrated were some improvements looking to be implemented into the Strategy Button, just entering "alpha" phase of development and testing. The training session video is posted in the Members Area at the top of the Weekly Training Page Click here to view the recording.
We reviewed some of the core TFT set ups and talked a little about the Professional Trader Training Program. The training session video is posted in the Members Area at the top of the Weekly Training Page Click here to view the recording.
Today, we had the TFT CT II and AMA II Release Webinar to the Public. We had a great turn out. Please view the recording of the release here and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are offering Special Webinar pricing for the TFT CT II and AMA II Lifetime Licenses. If interested, the special pricing is available on the Purchase Page until Sunday, February 7th at Midnight.
Today we had a Training Session on an explanation of TFT's Primary AMA II Trade Setup and continuing education of the AMA II. The training session video is posted in the Members Area at the top of the Weekly Training Page Click here to view the recording.
Today, John went over Stock and Options training with the group showing the TFT AMA II grid and the Market Analyzer. This session was run due to the technical difficulties during last Wednesday's session when John was reviewing Stocks and Options.

For those of you that missed our first "weekly" training session of the year, we were able to go over in a broad sense (but with a quick "live" trade) the AMA II for Futures and Stock, Day and Swing Trading (and a discussion about using the underlying for Options). Click here to see the trade
Unfortunately, the Stock and Options portion was not recorded and if you didn't attend the training session live you will NOT hear it in the weekly training session recording. Because of this, we will be running a Stock and Options Training Session this Monday, January 18th at 11AM EST to focus on Swing trading of Stocks and using Options on them. Any questions about Futures, Forex or any other subject matters can and will be addressed after the main topic has been presented. Thank you for all those that attend.

TFT CT II and AMA II have been released to our existing clients and we are in the process of revamping our website, please be patient with us. We decided not to take the site down during this time, so please check back periodically. Also, we will start with the public webinar launch in the next few weeks, so if you are interested in learning more about the TFT CT II or AMA II software, please click the above green “Opt-In Email List” box and enter your email information. You will be notified via email when we have our first webinar release to the public.
To all TFT Members that were unable to attend yesterdays Member Only session on the Introduction of the CT II and AMA II upgrade, it has now been posted in the "Weekly" Sessions section of the Members Area of the website. For both those that did attend and those that did not attend, please pay special attention to a part that was not presented during the webinar and can be viewed at 1 hour and 26 minutes into the recording. It compares trading results on the NQ when not using the strategy versus using the strategy over the same time frame that we looked at and talked about during the webinar. If anybody has any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Also, at the end of the webinar we mentioned that existing Members who are not either CT Lifetime or AMA Lifetime Members, now have the opportunity to receive the best price that will be seen from this day forward, for the next step up in licencing structure. If any existing Members have any interest in doing this, please take advantage of this now. Once this release goes "public" and is made available for sale, this offer will no longer be available. This is truly a year end holiday special for Members only. Please email us if you have any interest.

All Members that have returned the document that we sent out, signed and unedited, will receive further communication regarding the CT II and/or AMA II upgrade and how it will be delivered to you. For those Members that either never received our email (maybe we no longer an active email address for you) or wish not to return the document executed and unedited, please note that the existing software that you have will continue to function as is. This existing version of software (TFTUltimateV1) is now considered our "legacy" version and will only ever exist for the current version of NT7 (version 7.0.1000.30) and will not be re-written for other platforms OR re-written if NinjaTrader's future releases or upgrades becomes incompatible.
Trend Following Trades updates its Members on the new upcoming TFT AMA II and CT II by showing what is currently being tested. These Member sessions will occur more frequently and those that attend will benefit greatly by learning the new rules and indicators from the inside out.
We will try to update Members with videos of the new TFT AMA II and CT II and may also post some of these on social media for the accessibility and convenience factor.

During today's Member Only Webinar we discussed TFT's plans moving forward and introduced a brief glimpse into NinjaTrader 8. We will be taking the parts that we have learned from the LOD (Letter of Direction) strategy and breaking them down into usable new tools for existing and new TFT Members, once they are developed for NT7. We have learned a great deal in working on this LOD strategy, however, the most recent volatility explosion we had not accounted for and have decided to get back to the core business of what Trend Following Trades is as a company, while adding components to the LOD strategy to dynamically compensate for these items.
We are traders first, educators second and strategy developers third. I think that Members will be excited to hear what is being presented in this webinar, just please be patient as we take a pause to develop trading tools that were never designed to be used separately, just inside of a strategy. We will be running training sessions and re-doing the website completely, when and only when the new indicators and AMA II are fully completed.
At this point in time, we have no release date for the AMA II or CT II, however, for all Lifetime Members and existing Lease Members there will be no charge for the upgrade as long as you are actively subscribed (if you are a lease Member) to the level of product that you wish to receive when all is released. We are currently trading ourselves with partial indicators, so we are working feverishly to finish these indicators and tools to both make trading easier and more successful to allow us to create supporting videos and documents to complete the website for release. The webinar video is posted in the Members Area at the top of the Weekly Training Page Click here to view the recording.
Another small step was shown today on our progress towards our very monumental goal of successfully automating the TFT Method, for traders to actually be able to use it to "trade for a living". During this session we went over a few equity curves (had some unexpected hardware issues before the webinar, so we weren't able to present all of what we initially planned to). We did discuss the advantage of "blending" multiple instruments and how it can dramatically smooth out less than perfect equity curves, however, it also dramatically increases the account size required to trade multiple instruments while maintaining a reasonable overall account risk. More importantly, we went over all of the garbage products and talk out in the market about self optimizing and over optimizing strategies just because you may have the tools to do it. If trading for a hobby is your goal and you want to scalp for a tick or two, pay your brokers commission and strategy lease fees then there is a very large pool of companies out there that are dying to take you money. If this is not you and you are really trying to "trade" for a living, which generally means approaching a six figure income (to many people), then please stay as far away from this approach to trading as you possibly can. We here at TFT are searching for a solution for smaller accounts and hope to find it within the Futures market but don't know that we will with the "blended" approach. We are confident that it is going to work for larger accounts but what about the traders that can't afford to do that especially since trading offers no guarantees? One item being researched is an area that we never thought we would be talking about and it is the OTC and pink slip stock world. The reason we are considering this is two fold, 1) the individual companies that trade here have far less chances of being halted because they are not trading on highly regulated exchanges and 2) when trading companies are activate in a "pump and dump" scheme, they often move in a two way fashion up and down, with range and volume AND can also be shorted on the way down. The trick here is to try and get this to run automated with a strategy in NinjaTrader on the short side. These stocks sell off far faster than they rise. Updates to come on this issue. Video is posted in the Members Area at the top of the Weekly Training Page Click here to view the recording.
Today we jumped forward to a sample of the final phase of automation so that everyone could visualize how we are developing our strategies with in-sample data, graphing and trading them with out-of-sample data and "blending" their performances with multiple markets so that we can align various market equity curve performances accordingly Click to Review Blended Equity Curve. In a world where third party strategy vendors and developers encourage "curve fitting", which is the most blatant form of deception to an untrained strategy trader, we try to educate everyone on how a strategy curve should be developed and tested. This is done using in-sample and out-of-sample data over thousands of trades and years worth of time (per instrument). Anything less please write your checks to charity or go to an casino and gamble because your odds of winning there are better. We also reviewed some basic training items of the TFT Method and will be doing more of this, more frequently moving forward. Video is posted in the Members Area at the top of the Weekly Training Page Click here to view the recording.
In today's session we showed the Members the preliminary strategy and went over many of its components. It is not yet trade able with real money and must be completed for chart trading before it can be adapted for the AMA, which is the form in which it will be traded at the broker level. We also made brief mention of our desire to try and find a way of taking this technology (once completed) and seeing if it is possible to make a form of it available on a Traders computer. Video is posted in the Members Area at the top of the Weekly Training Page Click here to view the recording.
In today's session we introduced our new partner and spoke about the current status of automation and the facilitation of its future session. Posted in the Members Area at the top of the Weekly Training Area Click here to view the recording.

TFT announces the scheduled release date of the TFTUltimateV1 Indicators for discretionary traders. This is a complimentary upgrade to all Members who are being kept in the loop via email, as to when the installer file will be posted in the Members Area. We are currently finalizing the installer by adding as many pertinent work spaces as possible and licensing the entire groups computers for this indicator suite. This is the indicator suite that 70% of TFT Automation will be written around and will benefit from what is learned through optimization and back testing when creating automation and applying this knowledge backwards into these discretionary indicators.
Please visit TradersWorldOnlineExpo.com to register for this unique pre-recorded event featuring John Karnas of Trend Following Trades along with other trading educators. Watch what you want to see, NOT what you are forced to see at any given time.
We are in the process of upgrading indicators to the NEW TFTUltimateV1 for Discretionary Traders. These indicators are 70% of what is going to be used for automation and contain all of TFT code including the original indicators.
We will be sending out an email, within the next few days, to let Members know when the TFTUltimateV1 is ready for download and also when the instructional videos will be available. All Members will have 30 days to upgrade to the TFTUltimateV1 indicators, at which point in time all prior indicator "packs" will be expired and deleted.
Thank you for your patience during this time of transition that will define our future.
We just had a session with our Members going over the final "look" of the TFT Ultimate V1 indicators, as they will be released shortly. Please check back in the next few weeks (as a non-Member). Once we release the new TFT Ultimate V1 Discretionary indicator package to existing Members and have them up and running using our new security software, we will then be running a release webinar to the public. This webinar will be well announced ahead of time. If you want to make sure that you get notified of this and other very important TFT announcements, please click on E-mail List on the TFT home page and fill out your information. This information is not used for spam in anyway and is only used for TFT release information of added or updated products. Posted in the Members Section at the top of the Weekly Training Area.
Session today was on the explanation of the new TFT Ultimate V1 Discretionary Indicators and a discussion about security issues, future of automation and last minute request for changes from Members. Posted in the Members Section at the top of the Weekly Training Area.
After spending countless hours with programming, we are finally near the end of creating and debugging our updated indicator pack for discretionary traders that will be called TFT Ultimate Trading (Thank you Steve B. for the name recommendation). One hour and 16 minutes into this video at the end of the normal session, starts a discussion and a display of graphs showing the most basic automation rules and their performance. These happen to be done with Bloodhound (we are not sure how far we will be able to take automation with Bloodhound). This basic programming shows the power and viability of the TFT Method as it is charted to trade discretionarily. We will expand dramatically and specifically with our own programmer with both Chart and AMA Automated Trading and once complete we will make decisions as to what indicators we will make available to Bloodhound to see and use for their software.
From now on all Weekly Training Sessions that are titled in yellow have at minimum automation performance results and possibly equity curves as our automation programming progresses and our historical performance results are available to display (both non optimized and optimized stops and targets only). Today's session was just an introduction of the ideas behind the TFT NT7 Market Anaylzer where we will be filtering up to hundreds of instruments to the top of the list when instruments trigger TFT buy and sell warning signals. We were asking Members if there was anything else that they'd like to see this tool do, other than what was explained. There were no additional comments in the webinar and if anybody who wasn't able to attend has any, please send them via email.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the TFT "Daily" Trade Room has been rescheduled to start the week of April 14, 2014.
Trend Following Trades presents at NinjaTraders New "Forex Friday" partner presentations. Trend Following Trades looks forward to becoming a FXCM partner giving TFT access to the most reliable Forex broker and tightest spreads that they have to offer. Please watch the video below as we go over how Trend Following Trades Indicators and Methodology can be used, with a high level of success, in the Forex markets, just as easily as the Futures markets. We like to trade longer time frames with Forex (this actually makes trading more successful due to the extra time given to evaluate the trade set up, in our opinion), because you can adjust your position size much smaller than Futures, without increasing your overall account risk, while allowing you to trade multiple smaller lots and capture some of the large multiple day or even multiple week swings that the currency markets have to offer.
We are offering a special Lifetime License price on both the TFT AMA and Chart Trading Packages. For those existing monthly subscribers, this is a perfect time to upgrade to a Lifetime License because we will apply up to 3 months of your monthly recurring payment to these special prices. Please email email@example.com if you are interested in this special or call 215-909-9617 or Skype: tftjohn .
"Daily" Trade Room Results have been moved to the Trade Room tab under Trade Room Results.
TFT is currently mid stream in the programming of very specific rules for our TFT MOMO Indicator (Momentum Divergence). This indicator will allow traders to see the bullish or bearish conditions of divergence, along with more specifics. High probability trades can be better filtered quickly and effectively with divergence condition notification.
Michel J. had another winning day in the Trade Room with just 2 trades taken. As you can see when viewing the video and seeing the summary of his account for the day. Watch the Trade Room video here.
